OMG this girl is ready for a trip to Mexico in a few weeks!  This is my new favorite MUST HAVE vacay item and of course I have it in two colors!  I’m going to share how you can take this coverup (the Hanalei from Shop Bette) from poolside, to a casual lunch and then style it for a fun night on the town.

I like to pack as little as I possible when I go on vacation.  It should be all about fun, sun and relaxion.  This is the perfect piece to help me get ready in record time so I can enjoy every minute of my trip.  Ok….let’s do it!

Ok so…you’re heading to the beach or pool.  Throw on this coverup, grab some sandals and a bag and you’re set!  Cute, flurty and light weight.

PS – click the gold boxes for links to shop!

Let’s do lunch!!!  Go straight from the pool to lunch just by adding a great pair of denim shorts!  Tie a simple knot in the coverup and you’re ready to roll.

After lots of sun…I’m always ready for an amazing meal.  And if I’m being honest…the food is always the highlight of my trip.  I love finding new spots to dine!  Layer a white tank, grab your most comfy jeans and you’re set to go!

Here’s another night time outfit idea. Isn’t this coverup amazing?!?

I LOVE block heels and these happen to be one of my favorites.  Add a summery bag and you’re all set!

I always pack one all white outfit for vacation when my tan is at its best – hehe!  Denim skirt (with lots of stretch) some great leather wedges, my same white coverup and I’m ready!

And best these swimsuit are AMAZING so I want to include them in this post too.  I’ve been living in these this summer.  The are “fancy” but they’re also comfortable and I can go down a waterslide or jump in the pool with my son and not worry.  And the neckline is so flattering….here is it pictured below with just jeans.

Does it get an easier than that?!?!

Oh and PS – these coverup are so light weight that if  they get a little damp from your suit…just pop in it the sun for a bit and you’re good to go.

I could scream I’m so pumped for our Mexico trip!!  And now I’m feeling SO prepared too!!

Until next time buddies!!

xoxo
